1 c. seasoned croutons, 1 c shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. pepper, dash cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. worchestshire sauce, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1 lb. bacon or sausage, 4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons on bottom of 8" greased square pan baking dish. Spread cheese over croutons. Pan fry meat, drain well and sprinkle over cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well. Pour over meat, cheese and croutons.

Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees.

May be made the night before and refrigerated.
