2 sticks butter
2 cartons spreadable cream cheese
house seasoning (see recipe)
1 tablespoon sherry
1 pound shrimp, tails removed
2 tablespoons onion
1 teaspoon lemon zest
parsley
paprika
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix well the butter, cream cheese, seasonings, and sherry in a food processor. Add the shrimp after the tails have been removed and mix in. Blend in the onion and lemon zest. Pipe onto crackers. Put a sprig of parsley on top and a sprinkle of paprika.
