5 C Cabbage, slice fine
2 C Celery, chopped
2 C Green beans
5 C V-8 or Tomato juice
5 C Water
5 Beef bouillon cubes
2 T Onion, chopped
2 T Lemon juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and cook until vegtables are tender but not overcooked.
