1 EGG BEATEN
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1/4 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
3 TABS FLOUR
2 CANS BEEF CONSOMMÉ UNDILUTED
3/4 CUP SHERRY

THOROUGHLY MIX TOGETHER BEEF ,PORK,EGG SALT,
PEPPER, AND 1/4 CUP FLOUR UNTIL WELL
MIXED..SHAPE INTO BALL SHAPE ABOUT 3/4 INCHES IN
DIAMETER. BROWN IN PAN WITH OIL, WHEN MEAT
BALLS ARE BROWNED IMMEDIATELY PLACE CLOSE
TOGETHER IN CHAFFING DISH,OR CROCK POT. ADD 3
TABS FLOUR INTO LEFT OVER FAT STIR UNTIL
SMOOTH. ADD CONSOMMÉ, CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL
THICKEN. ADD SHERRY POUR OVER MEA BALLS IN
CHAFFING DISH OR INTO CROCK POT. ALLOW TO HEAT
SERVE WITH TOOTH PICKS
