1 1/2 POUND SIRLOIN TIP ROAST CUT INTO CUBES
2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP PEPPER
3 TABS FLOUR
4 TABS OIL
3/4 CUP TOMATO PASTE
1 1/2 CUP BEEF BOUILLON (WATER ADD)
4OZ MUSHROOMS
2OZ BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
SPRINKLE SALT,PEPPER,OVER MEAT AND DREDGE MEAT
IN FLOUR. SEAR MEAT IN HOT OIL FOR 20 MINUTES. ADD
PUREE BOUILLON AND SIMMER 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL
MEAT IS TENDER. SAUTE MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER FOR
10 MINUTES . ADD MUSHROOM AND WINE TO MEAT
BEFORE SERVING

SERVE WITH NOODLES , RICE OR TOAST
