4 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon salt. In a large mixer bowl, beat the butter until softened. Add sugar, beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternatively; beat well. Cover and chill overnight. Take a pinch of dough and make into a 1 inch ball. Roll between hands to make a 6 inch rope. Shape into a knot or pretzel shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 425º oven for 5 minutes or till done.
