Chocolate Pie Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
4 slightly beanten egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 oz melted chocolate
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vanilla

Pie Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

On medium heat, mix sugar, salt, and corn starch. Add the milk and 4 slightly beaten egg yolks. Bring to boil and boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in 2 oz melted chocolate and vanilla. Let cool then pour into baked pie crust.

To make the pie crust: In a pie plate, mix the flour, oil, sugar and salt. Mix. Add 3 tablespoons milk. Mix. Spread out in the pan. Bake at 400 oven.
