1 (1 lb) box graham crackers
2 (3-3/4 oz) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3-1/2 cups milk
1 (8-9 oz) container cool whip

Frosting:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar & milk in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix until melted. Let cool & set up.
Line a greased 9" x 13" pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding & milk and beat at medium speed for two minutes. Blend in cool whip. Pour half of the mixture over the crackers. Place a second layer of crackers over the pudding and the remaining half of the pudding. Cover with a third layer of crackers. Spread the frosting over the top layer of crackers. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
