1/4 cup margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
1 (16 oz) bag coleslaw mix
1 lb kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 pint half & half
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
In large saucepan, melt margarine. Saute onion and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except half & half & flour. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until cabbage is tender (35-45 minutes). Combine half & half and flour. Whisk into saucepan over medium heat. Return to a boil; boil and stir until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Ladle into bowls. Garnish with sliced baby dills.
