5 lbs. or 9 large potatoes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut up and boil in salted water until tender, drain. Mash with a little milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spread in buttered 13 x 9" baking dish or casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350º 45 - 60 min. or until heated through. Garnish with paprika or parsley. Can be made a day ahead of time. Needs to be baked for a longer time to heat through.

This recipe comes from my Aunt Stella, my Grandma's sister. I have used this many times for parties and have given this recipe to many of my friends. Everyone enjoys it.
