Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. craisins
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. honey mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 8 oz. package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 egg, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the crescent rolls and egg to make the chicken filling. Separate crescent rolls into 8 individual triangles. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Starting at the end of a cookie sheet place two crescent triangles so that the long ends of each triangle are connected, to form a horizontal diamond shape. Repeat with remaining crescent triangles, making sure each crescent roll diamond connects to the next to form a continuous dough string of four horizontal diamonds. Spread chicken filling down the middle. Bring up the pointed ends of each crescent triangle to form a criss-cross pattern across the top. Brush the top of wrap with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice wrap with a pizza cutter to serve.
