Rhurbarb
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up rhurbarb and fill 9" x 13" cake pan. Sprinkle with about 1 cup of sugar. Mix cake mix with margarine, sprinkle over rhurbarb. Bake as directed on cake mix box for time and temperature. Serve with a dab of cool whip or vanilla ice cream.

I received this recipe from my Mother, Elvira Lange. It's so easy and so good. My husband only likes Grandma Scherbarth's Rhurbarb Kuchen recipe. If I try another rhurbarb recipe he asked why don't I just make Grandma's recipe.
