1&1/3 cup sugar
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup non iodized salt
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Directions:

Mix above ingredients and place salmon which has been washed and dried in the mixture. Let set over night and place into smoker in the morning. I always use a little more wine then what it calls for.
Smoke several hours 7-8

This is my most favorite. Little Larry seemed to like it best. He has always been a hunter and a fisherman. Kept him out of trouble.
