1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c oil
1/4 c water
1 c plain nonfat yogurt
1 c egg substitute
3 T lemon juice
1 T poppy seeds
cooking spray
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and sugar; add next 5 ingredients. Beat 6 minutes; stir in poppy seeds. Pour into 10 cup Bundt pan coated with spray. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until done in center. Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Mix sugar and lemon juice until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake. Makes 24 servings.
