2 lb. Ground Chuck (Option: Add 1/2 Ground Veal)
1 lb. Ground Pork - Not Sausage
2 Large Onions - Chopped
2 Eggs
1/4 c. Milk or Cream
2+ c. Ketchup
4 to 6 Slices Dry Bread Crumbled
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Bacon, Hard Boiled Eggs or Green Olives - Optional

To make bread crumbs - moisten bread with small amount of milk.

Mix well, make into two (2) loaves.

Bake at 350 for one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes.

Let stand for about ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes before serving.

You can lay slices of bacon on top of loaves to make it juicy.
