1 to 1 1/2 lb. Ground Chuck
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
1 Egg
2 to 3 Slices Dry Bread Crumbled
Ketchup - Scant Amount, One Squeeze Of Bottle
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Bacon, Hard Boiled Eggs or Green Olives - Optional

Directions:
Directions:
To make bread crumbs - moisten bread with small amount of milk.

Mix well, make into a loaf on top of loaf you can lay slices of bacon. This makes for a juicy loaf.

Bake at 350º for one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes.

Let stand for ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes before serving.
