1 box French vanilla cake mix
3/4 c egg substitute
1 c water
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
2 1/2 T creme de menthe, divided
1 jar (16.5) fat free hot fudge topping
8 oz fat free whipped topping
2 chocolate candies for dipping fruite, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray
Combine cake mix, egg substtute, water, applesauce and 2 T creme de menthe. Pour into baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Top with hot fudge topping.
Combine whipped topping and remaining creme de menth.
spread over fudege topping. Swirl melted chocolate over cake. Refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving. 15 servings.
