2 lbs. veal scaloppine
1 tsp. dried sage
1/4 lb. prosciutto or ham, sliced thin
3 tbsp.of butter
salt
pepper to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle veal slices with sage and place equal-size slices of ham on them, Pin them together with toothpicks. Melt butter in skillet. Sauté the meat, covered, over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until veal is browned. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place slices of cooked meat on heated platter ham side up. Keep hot. Add wine to pan and scrape bottom. Boil up once, Pour sauce over meat and serve hot.
