1 Jiffy Cake Mix
1 3oz box instant vanilla pudding
1 c milk
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
cool Whip
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed in 9x13 pan. Beat together vanilla pudding and milk. Fold in softened cream cheese. Spread over cooled cake. Drain pineapple and sprinkle over cake. Cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
