4 Pork chops 3/4" thick
1 6oz box Stove top stuffing mix, pork,
per box directions,cool to room
temp
3/4 6 oz Sour cream
1 10 1/2oz can Cream mushroom soup
2 pinches Sage
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put chops in 9x13 baking dish.

Make stuffing as directee on package, cool to room temperature.

Add sour cream and soup. Mix well. Add sage, salt and pepper and mix again.

Put stuffing on top of pork chops or slice pockets into chops and put stuffing inside each one and put in oven.

Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until no longer pink in the middle.
