1 T Oil
2 Pork chops, 3/4" thick
1/4 C Onion, chopped
1/2 Apple, diced
1/2 16oz Can Mixed vegetables
12 oz Chicken broth
1/2 T Sugar
2/3 C Rice, instant

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in heavy skillet.

Stir in apples and onions. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

Drain vegtables, reserving liquid.

Stir in liquid, chicken broth and sugar; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pork chops are cooked, approximately 25 minutes. Remove chops.

Bring liquid to boil, stir in vegtables and rice. Remove from heat and let stand 5 mintues.

Serve the chops on the rice.
