8 Slices Bread (White-Wheat What ever)
1 C Ham, diced
1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 C Chedder cheese, shredded
4 Eggs, beaten
1 1/3 C Milk
1 t Onion flakes
1 t Parsley flakes
1/2 t Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Place 4 slices of bread in the baking dish.

Sprinkle with ham, mushrooms, and cheese over the top.

Cover with 4 slices of bread.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add onion flakes, parsley flakes and lemon pepper. Mix well to combine.

Evenly pour egg mixture over bread.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Uncover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Place baking dish on a wire rack and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

This makes a very good camping dish or good if you have over night guests. Can easily be adjusted for the number needed to feed.
