Seven Layer Salad Recipe

1 small head of lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1-10oz. package frozen peas, defrosted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese

Arrange lettuce evenly in bottom of baking dish. In layers, sprinkle celery, peppers, onions, and peas. Whisk mayo with sour ream until smooth. Spoon evenly over peas. Do not mix. Sprinkle with sugar, then cheese and bacon. Cover with
foil, pinching around the sides, but leaving a space between salad and foil. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
Toss at table.
