3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 cups red wine
1- 7-oz. bottle of club soda
2 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1 banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 peaches peeled and sliced
1 cup halved strawberries

Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice in medium saucepan. Place over low heat, stir constantly until gelatin dissolves. Boil for several minutes. Remove from heat and add sugar and stir
until dissolved. Add lemon juice, wine and club soda. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in fruit, and turn into 8 cup mold and chill until firm for several hours or overnight. Unmold and garnish with additional fresh fruit.
Serves: 12
