Ingredients:  
2 cans Alaska red Sockeye salmon (take off all skin and
bones)
to Salmon add:
1 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 medium sized eggs
1/2 medium green pepper, finely diced
1 level teaspoon minced dried onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
juice of 1/2 a lemon
splash of worcestershire sauce
Pinch of Lawry's season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and form into patties. Make about 8 good size.
Heat about 1/2 stick of butter in large skillet and brown patties on
each side. Turn over again and add about 1/2 cup water. Cover
and cook until they puff and pepper cooks on low about 15
minutes.
