2 lemons, zest removed and juiced
1 orange, zest removed and juiced
1/2 cup bottles or fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons canola oil
Spring mix or baby greens
garlic flavored croutons or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, mix lemon zest and juice,orange zest and juice,
lemon juice, sugar, wine vinegar, poppy seeds and lemon
pepper seasoning in a medium size bowl. Whisk to combine
then slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly.
To prepare, put desired amounts of greens in a large bowl
and drizzle with dressing as desired. Toss to coat evenly.
Top each salad with a few croutons. Refrigerate remaining
dressing. Makes about 2 cups dressing or enough for about
16 side salads.
