1 lb Haddock Fillet
1 Med Onion, sliced
2 T Flour
1/2 t Salt
1/8t Pepper
3 T Butter
1 C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter an oblong baking pan. Slice onion into the pan as a bed for the haddock.

Lay the filler on the oinion, sprinkle with flour,salt and pepper.

Dot with butter. Pour the milk around the fish.

Bake in a pre heated overn of 400 º for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot with rice or potates and vegtable.
