Broccoli:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 head broccoli timmed and cut into flowerets
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne

Chicken:
4 thin-sliced chicken cutlets (about 1 pound total)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp black pepper
8 fresh sage leaves
4 oz thin-sliced prosciutto
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c marsala wine
1/2 c beef broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Broccoli: In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic;cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add broccoli, salt, cayenne;cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender , 8 minutes. Keep warm.
Chicken: Meanwhile, place chicken on flat work surface; season with salt, Italian seasoning and pepper. Place 2 sage leaves on each piece; cover each with 1 ounce of prosciutto. Wilth the dull side of the blade on a chef's knife, pound chicken so prosciutto adheres. In large nonstick skillet , heat oil over medium -high heat. Plaace chicken, prosciutto side down, in skillet; cook until prosciutto is nicely seared, 2 to 3 minutes. turn chicken over; cook until internal temperature registers 160º on instant read thermometer, about 2 minutes. remove to a warm plate. Off heat add marsala to skillet. Return to heat; scrape up any browned bits from bottom of skillet. In small bowl, stir together beef broth and cornstarch,. Add to skillet ,. Bring to simmering; simmer until thickened. 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. To serve, spread broccoli on a large serving platter. Place cutlets on top and spoon sauce over them.
