11 cups of popped popcorn
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 stick butter
1/2 cup ground peppermint candy
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup small gum drops

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the marshmallow creme and butter in a heavy saucepan. Mix in the peppermint candy and nuts. Pour over the popped popcorn and mix well. Pour into a buttered angel food cake pan. When set remove and trim with the gum drops. It's sliced like a cake to serve.

For Christmas set this cake on a tray of coconut snow, then mix another batch and build little popcorn snowmen to surround the cake. Your grandchildren will again and again vote you the greatest grandmother ever! This recipe is from Esther's good friend, Irene Robinson.
