2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped onions
1 can chopped/sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter/margarine
1 c. flour
9 cubes of chicken bouillon
8 c. water
2 c. cooked, wild rice
1 c. heavy cream (or milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables and saute in butter until tender. Add flour and
coat well. Next add water, bouillon cubes, and milk/cream. Add
rice and chicken, and stir well. Simmer for 20 minutes and salt &
pepper to taste. Soup should not boil, and you should continue to
stir regularly to avoid scorching!

This is a very easy soup and my family LOVES it. Very hearty. I
always add more veggies than called for and use skim milk so
it's not so rich! Enjoy!
