"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz pkgs. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
2 - 4 oz pkgs. Treasure Cave blue cheese
1 - 8 oz container Parkay whipped margarine

Directions:
Directions:
let all ingredients sit out overnight to soften. mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. You're done! I usually line small, round, plastic containers with Saran Wrap, put in the spread, and cover with a lid. (the reason for the plastic wrap is so I can remove the spread and turn it upside down on a serving plate.) the spread can be frozen; just remove from freezer about an hour before you plan to serve it.
