10 oz. uncooked penne pasta (3 cups)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat, cut into 1-in. pieces
1/2 c. diced red or green bell pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1 bottle (8 oz.) reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold running water. Add crabmeat, bell pepper, eggs, onion, cheese and parsley to pasta. Pour salad dressing over pasta mixture; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 2-3 hours to allow flavors to blend.

NOTE: More salad dressing may be added. The pasta soaks up the dressing and can get dry.
