1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP BUTTER
3 TABS WATER
1 TABS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 tsp VANILLA
1 12OZ BAG OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1/2 CUP OF CRUSHED ALMONDS TOASTED.

BRING FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL UNTIL
THERMOMETER REACHES 300º REMOVE FROM HEAT .
ADD 1 tsp VANILLA AND STIR MIXTURE .
CAREFULLY POUR ONTO A LIGHTLY BUTTERED COOKIE SHEET SPREAD EVENLY AND ALLOW TO SIT FOR 2 MIN. SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS TO TOP OF TOFFEE. ALLOW TO SIT FOR 2 MIN
THEN SPREAD EVENLY. ADD TOASTED CRUSHED
ALMONDS TO TOP OF CHOCOLATE. PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR. TO COOL
THOROUGHLY. BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES AND PLACE INTO AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER AND BACK INTO REFRIGERATOR UNTIL READY TO EAT.
