2 CUPS WHOLE PECANS
1/2 CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
4 TABS OF HEAVY CREAM

Directions:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL WELL BLENDED
POUR INTO A BAKING DISH SPRAYED WITH PAM.
BAKE AT 350º STIRRING EVERY 10 MIN. UNTIL SUGAR HAS
CRYSTALLIZED. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL
STIRRING MIXTURE ONE MORE TIME. PLACE PECANS IN
AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER AFTER COOLING

DON'T ALLOW TO COOL TO LONG BEFORE STIRRING AS
THEY WILL STICK TO PAN AND WILL BE HARD TO REMOVE.
