1 14 oz bag of bakers coconut
1 7 oz bag of bakers coconut
1 can of sweeten condense milk
chocolate chips to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º
Mix the coconut and condense milk and chocolate chips
together. mixture should not be to wet. if so add more coconut.

line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon,
scoop mixture on to sheet and bake for approximate 20 min or until
coconut is slightly golden brown on top. re move from oven and
allow to cool on parchment paper.

This was one of mom's favorite cookie to make. she really
enjoyed making it for Brian for Passover.
