2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp sake ( or dry sherry)
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb small fresh mushrooms
1/4 c finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
combine first 4 ingredients, set aside. in large skillet heat butter over medium - high heat until sizzling. add mushrooms and onion, cook about 10 minutes or until liquid has evaporated and mushrooms and onion begin to turn golden brown around edges. reduce heat to medium. add oyster sauce mixture. cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until mushrooms are glossy and sauce thickens
