6 oz. pkg cherry gelatin
3/4 C. sugar
2 C. boiling water
1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice
6 C. cold water
2 liters chilled ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4 qt. freezer proof container, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Stir in the pineapple juice and cold water. Cover and let freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer 1-2 hours before serving. Place in a punch bowl and stir in ginger ale just before serving.

It looks very nice with some fruit, either frozen into it or placed on top of the punch when serving. Nice punch for showers.
