1/2 C. vegetable oil
4-1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate.
In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until blended.
Refrigerate dough covered, overnight.
Preheat oven to 350º
Form dough into bite size balls, roll in powdered sugar.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
