Ingredients:  
1 cup plain yogurt (All Natural)
1/2 cup water
about 6 Ice Cubes
1 scoop whey protein powder
2 Tbl ground flax seed
1/4 cup walnuts (can use any nut you like)
1/4 teas stevia
Fruit of your choice (bananas and Strawberries are very good)
1/4 cup high fiber cereal (Make sure it's a good healthy high fiber cereal like All Bran)

Blend all up and pour into large glass. Satisfies your sweet tooth. Is very heart healthy. YOu can vary the fruit and cereal for a different tastes. Make sure you always have the fruit, fiber and yogurt.
