Sauce:
1 large onion, chopped and sautéed
2 Tbl flour
1 - 1/2 teas chili powder
1 teas salt
1 cup water
2 cups tomato juice
Simmer until thick.
Filling:
1 lb chicken or 1 lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 small can tomato soup
1 teas salt
2 teas chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Combine chopped onion with chicken or hamburger, and saute. Add one can tomato soup and seasonings. Fill tortilla with meat mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then roll up and place in baking dish. Continue until meat mixture is gone. Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Pour prepared sauce over top. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
