3 lbs. hamburger
1 13-oz canned milk
1 1/2 to 2 c cooked rice
2 eggs
1 c chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tsp pepper
2 Tsp chili powder

1 c catsup
1 c tomato juice
1/2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 chopped onion

Mix meatball ingredients together and make into round meatballs. Place in roaster pan. Prepare ingredients for sauce by mixing together in bowl. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.

MMM--It is Good!!! Good with potatoes too and it freezes well for later. This makes a good size recipe.
