Directions:
This is a super fast, super easy dessert.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and unroll the pie crust onto the cookie sheet.

Peel the apples (if you want to, you don't have to). Slice them in very thin wedges (1/4 thick).
Mix apples with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the apples in the center of the pie crust leaving a 3 inch border. Fold up edges over the apples pressing the dough together at each fold. The center will be open.

Bake at 350º until crust is golden brown (about 20-30 minutes). Apples will be tender (not soggy!). Let stand for 5 minutes or so. Slice like a pizza and serve drizzled with caramel sauce.

A gallette is basically a pie without a pie crust. Everything is piled right onto the crust and baked for a rustic looking dessert, appitizer or meal!
