Ingredients: 16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbs. brown sugar
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
8-10 Oreos, chopped
8-10 Oreos, finely crumbed

Directions: |
Directions:Soften cream cheese and butter. Beat together well, then cream in brown sugar and confectioners sugar. Add vanilla extract. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies. Form into a ball, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Roll in crushed Oreo cookies.
Serve with chocolate wafers, nilla wafers, green apple slices, graham crackers, etc. Be creative!!! :) |

Some tasty variations:
Toffee Pecan:
Sub the cookies for toffee chunks. Roll in chopped pecans.
Key Lime:
Sub Vanilla extract for lime or lime juice. Add 2 tbs. lime zest and roll in graham crackers!
Chocolate Peppermint:
Add 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa, sub vanilla for peppermint extract, roll in chopped andes mints or crushed peppermint candy (if you use peppermint candies, roll right before serving so they don't "melt")
Chocolate chip:
add mini chocolate chips, roll in mini chips.
For a Party, make 3 varieties and serve on a long platter! It's really fun, creative and social! Enjoy!!!
