6 oz egg noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 C. green olives (optional)
1 small jar mushrooms (optional)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 C. milk
1/4 C. soy sauce
cashews or chow mien noodles

Preheat oven to 350
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
Brown hamburger and onion, drain grease.
In a greased casserole, mix together olives, mushrooms, cheese, soup, milk and soy sauce; stir well. Stir in hamburger and noodles, mix well.
Cook uncovered for 1 hour.
Serve with chow mien noodles or cashews sprinkled on top.
