2-10 oz. pkgs. of broccoli, cooked & drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C. mayonnaise
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 minced onion
1 C. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. herb stuffing
1/4 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, soup and onion.
In a casserole dish layer broccoli, cheese and soup mixture.
Prepare stuffing according to instructions on package. Arrange stuffing on the top of soup mixture, drizzle butter over stuffing. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
