Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg pepperoni
1 small onion, diced
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
2 small cans of tomato sauce
3 tsp. sugar
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
8-10 oz. mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and pepperoni together, drain grease.
Add onion, mushrooms, oregano, tomato paste, tomato sauce and sugar. Simmer on low heat.
Boil spaghetti noodles as directed on package, drain.
Combine with meat mixture and toss to coat evenly.
In a 9x13 pan, alternate layers of meat mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes..
