Pumpkin Pie Squares Recipe

1 c flour
1/2 c oatmeal
1/c brown sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
2 c pumpkin
1 (13oz Can evaporated milk)
2 eggs beaten
3/4 c white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbs. butter

Mix and press into a 9 x 13 pan. f Flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light golden .
Mix together the following, pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spices. Pour custard ingredients onto the baked crust.
Bake about 30 minutes or until slightly firm, then sprinkle with the topping mix and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool and cut into squares: Garnish with whipped topping or whipped cream.
