Chicken Divan Recipe

2 - 10 oz. pkgs. broccoli (flowerettes)
4 large chicken breasts (cooked, boned and chopped in bite sizes)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C mayonnaise,
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 C grated cheese
1/2 C bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp. butter.

Cook broccoli (tender crisp), drain. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spray Pam in Pyrex dish (9 X 13 X 2).
Arrange broccoli in bottom of dish
Arrange chopped chicken over broccoli.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken.
Melt butter and sauté bread crumbs, sprinkle over chicken, sprinkle cheese over this.
Bake 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
