1 3/4 cups sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
1/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine sour cream, buttermilk, peppercorns, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, honey and Parmesan in a bowl of electric mixer; blender or food processor. Mix well for 1-2
minutes. Refrigerate until serving.
