4 lb pot roast
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp oil
garlic salt
2 onions, sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup cranberry juice
4 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, salt & pepper. Rub into both sides of meat. Brown meat in oil. Sprinkle garlic salt on both sides. Put in shallow baking dish. Add onions. Dissolve brown sugar in cranberry juice. Pour over mea. Add bay leaves. Cover tightly and bake at 250º for 4 hours.
Or cook in crock pot according to directions.
